This smoke generator adds natural wood-fired smoke to BBQs, grills, barrels, smokers and small smokehouses. Its 1 litre capacity supports up to 12 hours of smoking, helping you build wood-smoke flavour into your catch, game or favourite cut of meat.

Designed and manufactured in New Zealand, the Smokai Classic is made from 304L stainless steel and burns either 2–10 mm woodchip or hardwood BBQ pellets. Use it for cold smoking, or pair it with a separate heat source for hot smoking. Regional mains-powered pump versions and a cordless rechargeable battery pump version let you select the power setup that suits your smoking space.
