This wireless home alarm system brings door, window, motion and water leak alerts into one 13-piece DIY kit. The Elder system combines a touch-screen control panel and wireless sensors, so you can monitor entry points and place leak detection where water problems are a concern.
Partial arm mode lets you arm selected door and window sensors while leaving interior motion sensors off, allowing movement indoors. Use the panel or remote controls locally, or connect through 2.4GHz WiFi for app control and push notifications. An active compatible 4G SIM enables calls, text alerts and SMS control when WiFi is unavailable; the SIM is sold separately.
The central panel and indoor siren have rechargeable backup batteries. Install sensors and accessories indoors, as they are not waterproof. The included motion sensors are designed to ignore pets under 15kg, although jumping or movement near the sensors can still trigger alerts.
