This stove top griddle creates an 18 x 18-inch cooking surface over the center oval and right-side burners of a compatible 30-inch five-burner gas range. Sear steaks or cook smash burgers while keeping the left burners available for a pot of corn or a simmering sauce.

The Steelmade Flat Top Junior is made from 3/16-inch mild steel for indoor griddle cooking. Oil seasoning develops an easy-release finish, and an included stainless steel drip tray collects drippings beneath the drain holes. Pre-seasoning and a storage sleeve are selectable additions.

Your range must have a center oval-shaped burner and at least 19 inches of cooking area depth. This griddle is not recommended for glass ceramic stovetops or electric coil ranges. The matching cover board is sold separately.
